Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:

Reports directly to the Cadillac Service Manager. This position requires an initiative-taking and friendly person with leadership skills, patience, and tact who can relate well with dealership guests and staff. The position also requires clear understanding of the organization’s mission combined with the ability to plan, organize, communicate, and execute the activities required to accomplish the mission of providing the Ultimate Customer Experience and Customer Retention. This requires the engagement of staff in various departments working in a coordinated effort to provide the intended guest experience. Gaining the willing cooperation of others represents a critical skill for this position. The Cadillac Concierge maintains an indirect reporting relationship with Sales Managers and Office Managers to assist with the level of inter-departmental cooperation necessary to provide CTA vehicles.

Essential Duties:

Cadillac Concierge is responsible for all activities in relation to Customer Experience on the Service Drive and customer waiting areas. Duties include but not limited to:

  • Assists in ALL Service Drive activity.
    • This includes Everything Customer Experience related on the Service Drive.
    • Includes assisting with creating repair orders, estimating, accepting payment and re-delivering the vehicle in the Service Advisors absence.
  • Manages Medallia Review Alert and Pinnacle Loaner Utilization Metrics.
    • Responsible for meeting metrics set by Cadillac Service Management in relation to performance objectives, including but not limited to:
      • Medallia Hot Alerts
      • Customer Assistance Cases
      • Loaner agreement compliance & regulations per GM and State of Michigan requirements.
      • Rental collection on every GM Warranty repair applicable
      • Insurance and licensing requirements for CTA vehicles.
      • Maintains CTA fleet, including maintenance, recalls and damage estimates and repairs.
  • Responsible for Shaheen App, MyCadillac Brand App and MyRewards discussions and App installations on Service Drive.
    • Cadillac Concierge is required to be trained on benefits of the Shaheen App, MyCadillac and MyRewards brand apps and be able to speak fluently with guests on such.
  • Responsible for all OnTrac Rental management.
    • Cadillac Concierge is required to be trained on CTA process and the OnTrac system.
    • CTA car cleanliness and maintenance
    • CTA car licensing and insurance
    • CTA WGM fee collection
    • Rental car GM warranty DMA requirements 10 days or more.
    • Rental car damage and insurance claim and deductible collection.
    • All damage must be immediately reported to Service Management.
  • Responsible for Courtesy Transportation Operations.
    • This includes shuttle van, customer vehicle pick up, and drop off or any reasonable duties at the request of the customer which compliments their visit.
    • Responsible for managing/coordinating/assisting with concierge pick up and deliveries of customer vehicles.
  • Responsible for maintaining Cadillac Accessory wall inventory, cleanliness, and relevance.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Drive manager will be responsible for supervising all Chevrolet Service Advisors, Customer Service Specialists for both Shaheen Cadillac, and Shaheen Chevrolet. Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing performance, objectives, reports, scheduling, times cards, and vacation requests (exception of Service Advisor vacations).

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Relevant Associates degree; or one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to author routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
